We begin with a comprehensive 30-minute Discovery session to understand your learner’s strengths, challenges, and goals. This includes gathering background information, identifying specific areas of need, and clarifying priorities with the student (and family, if applicable).
Based on the assessment, I create a customized plan that addresses academic, executive functioning, and personal growth goals. This plan is tailored to each learner’s profile — whether that includes ADHD, dyslexia, twice-exceptionality, or other learning differences.
We then move into weekly coaching sessions. These sessions combine strategy instruction (executive functioning, literacy, organization) with mindset coaching (building resilience, confidence, and independence). Students immediately begin applying strategies to their real-life tasks, schoolwork, or daily routines.
For high school learners, I collaborate with parents to ensure strategies extend beyond our sessions and into home and school life. For college students and adults, the focus is on building self-advocacy and independence.
We regularly check in on goals and track measurable progress. Feedback loops allow us to refine strategies and tools as we go, ensuring continued growth and tangible results.
After the initial program, learners may continue with ongoing coaching, transition to maintenance sessions, or access specialized programs or workshops. This ensures skills aren’t just learned, they’re sustained and expanded.
